These terms apply whenever you book an experience through BOKHAUS. By completing a booking, you agree to them.
BOKHAUS is a painting studio offering traditional Korean minhwa painting experiences in Seoul, South Korea. Studio address: 3F Ga-5, 7 Myeongil-ro 10-gil, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. You can reach us at bokhaus.kr@gmail.com or TBC — supplied by the studio.
Prices are shown in Korean won (KRW) and, for reference, in an approximate US dollar (USD) amount. Payment is collected in USD through PayPal at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully captured — starting checkout holds your seat for a short window, but does not confirm it on its own.
Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel, and rescheduling is available under its own separate rule. The exact bands in effect today are published at our refund policy — read that page rather than this one for the current numbers, since the studio may update them from time to time and this page does not restate them.
Sessions run for the duration stated on the experience you booked. Please arrive on time — a late arrival may shorten your own session but does not extend it. Materials, instruction and the artwork you produce during a session are included in your booking price unless stated otherwise on the experience page.
Painting involves the ordinary risk of contact with paint, water and painting tools. BOKHAUS takes reasonable care to run a safe studio, but to the extent permitted by law is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your visit or your booking.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking is the one that applies to it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
