This page explains what BOKHAUS collects when you visit this site or book an experience, and what we do with it.
When you create an account and book an experience, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your booking (which experience, date and number of guests). When you pay, PayPal processes your payment card or PayPal account directly — we never see or store your full card number.
We use this information to create your account, confirm and manage your booking, send you booking and payment emails, and respond if you contact us. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf so the site can work at all:
Each of these providers only receives what it needs to do its job, and none of them may use your information for their own purposes.
We keep booking records for as long as your account exists, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us (below).
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, consistent with South Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). To make a request, email bokhaus.kr@gmail.com.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
